Action Plumbing Services was dispatched to my home to fix a clogged shower/sink as part of a claim by American Home Shield. They came and cleared out some of the pipes in the bathroom, but they did not run the water long enough to see that the clog was removed (it wasn't). When I discovered that the drain was still plugged, they came back out and insisted on a second payment of $85 to fix the leak they failed to detect the first time. I had little choice but to comply with this extortionary tactic or pay for a different plumber.
