I did not think they were professional and skilled. I considered refusing to pay any of the bill and take it to court but life is too short. We will not be using this company again ..ever... ever...
I will start out with the positive... they came out quick...
Now for the review... we were remodeling a home and had a plumbing issue. This company could come out immediately. They had two service techs when they came. We needed a dishwasher installed, a bathtub plumbed and an outside faucet replaced. It absolutely turned out to be a fiasco as they were not satisfied with the bathtub we had purchased at Lowes and asked that I return it .. during the time it took to return the tub and get another one instead of doing the other repairs they sat in their vehicle and smoked and visited. I brought the new bathtub and they indicated they could not install it as it was taller than the other one... so once again one hour of sitting around... after two more tubs brought in they finally installed it. During that installation they could not tell if the water was on or off and actually flooded the bathroom and adjoining room not once but twice.. oh and the charge... two people at 100 dollars and hour. The bill was over 1,600 dollars. I have since researched the work that was performed and had another plumber give an estimate of one person and it being 700 to 800.00.
